All taxpayers must comply with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) e-invoicing regulations and opt for a compliant e-invoicing solution for generating electronic invoices. Hence, taxpayers need to ensure their compliant e-invoice solution integrates with the ZATCA portal.
ZATCA portal listed down the approved e-invoicing solutions so that you can opt for a compliant solution. The solution providers on the ZATCA portal are listed only after passing the qualification process, and the list allows you to reach potential solution providers easily.
This article explains the step-by-step process of finding the ClearTax e-invoicing solution on the ZATCA portal.

Step 1: Open the ZATCA portal (earlier known as GAZT) using https://zatca.gov.sa/en/Pages/default.aspx, and the home page will appear as below.
Step 2: Click on the ‘E-Invoicing’ tab, available at the top of the page.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Solution Providers’ tile in this window.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the ‘Solution Provider Directory’ shown below.
Step 5: You have to scroll down to the ‘Service in service providers’ tab.
Step 6: Please type ‘ClearTax’ and click on the search button. ClearTax logo will be displayed on the screen as shown below.
Step 7: Once you click the ‘ClearTax’ logo, you will be redirected to ClearTax e-Invoicing Software page. Please fill in the ‘Request a demo’ form to onboard with the ZATCA approved e-invoicing solution.
ZATCA announced that Phase II (integration phase) of e-invoicing in KSA will be rolled out from 1st January 2023 in waves by segregating taxpayers into the targeted groups. ZATCA will notify taxpayers of their wave at least six months in advance. Even though more time is available for the rollout of phase II, it’s always better to get ready early for integration and avoid the last-minute rush.
